Rainy Days Workout

This morning I a woke up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day. A good nights rest is few and far between lately, so I was extremely happy to of made it through the night with just a few bathroom breaks and not the constant tossing and turning.

I grabbed a quick breakfast and headed out the door to work. Tuesday’s at GPP are our shaping days and one of my favorite days to coach because I get to be more hands on and have more communication throughout the workout with everyone. I think it is just one thing that sets GPP apart from other gyms. After a couple of classes I headed to another gym to teach boot camp.

My original workout that I had for boot camp got washed out with the rain today. I decided to take a different approach due to the weather.

This workout is actually inspired by this GPP workout we did last week. After a quick warm up, they got to work.

Here are some video demos to help with lingo.

Afterwards I headed back to GPP to coach a kids class.

It was a quick morning and went by in a flash! Before I knew it, it was time for lunch!

I bet this lunch was a big surprise..

Turkey Wrap with avocado, veganaise, onion and tomato. Done and Done.

PS. Scooping your watermelon out with a spoon is way easier then cutting it into squares. Especially when your at the butt of the watermelon. Butt? yea. I just said that.

The good thing about rainy days though…

My favorites ALWAYS nap!

Gymnastics does help a bit too.

How do you spend your rainy days?

ps. THIS made me laugh out loud.
