It feels good to have work done for the day. It is rare that I don’t have to teach on a Tuesday night so I’m going to enjoy it!
When it gets a little cooler tonight I am planning on going on a quick (aka very short) run.
Not sure about you, but running was a little easier when I could see my toes.

Boot camp went well. After a quick warm-up, I threw a bit of a kicker at them this morning..
Doesn’t look to rough until you know how to complete it…
Run 400m, do 5 Burpees, Run 400m, do 10 thrusters, 5 burpees and a 400m run, then 15 mountain climbers (R+L=1), 10 thrusters, 5 burpees and a 400m Run… Continue in that fashion until you have completed the list from bottom to TOP!
They loved it and most got through it in the hour. I did parts of it while I was walking around and I really want to do the whole thing one day! It’s a fun workout!
After boot camp I headed over to GPP to teach the first kids class of the summer! I snacked on some Simply Protein Crunch on the way over from my Blend Swag bag.
This stuff is pretty tasty! It totally reminds me of Kix cereal with raspberries and coconut! I loved it!
Kids class went great! I have a feeling its going to be a FUN summer! They worked hard and finished the workout like champs.
I coached the noon GPP class and then did the workout myself towards the end.
I sub’d KB swings for the sit ups and used #45-#65 pounds for my 3x10 progressive cleans.
I did #75,#95,#95, #95, #105 for my power clean reps.
My PR for my power clean is #160.. but being quite pregnant, I took it down a notch but I was happy to get #105 over the bump.
My rows were all about 2:15-2:20 ish. Gone are the days of the sub 2 minute 500m row..Totally okay with that for awhile.

This babe is sitting so low! Helloooo droopy belly.. I’m still guessing it is a boy…
Then it was time to pick up the twinners from pre-school! They were pretty excited for me to get them because we have fun plans for tonight.
Tanner seems quite amused by the love from his sister..
I made a quick lunch that ended up being exactly what I needed! Lately, I feel like I have just been eating to just eat.. But this hit the spot!
Who even knows how I pulled off that omelet! It usually ends up scrambled.
It is a miracle really!
I topped an Ezekiel muffin with avocado and tomato, added the egg on top and finished it off with sea salt and siracha!
I may be having this again for dinner! I was still a little hungry after so I had a string cheese too.
