Here we go!
Straight into our Tuesday.
I have a busy morning today, but the good thing is I’ll be done by 1 pm.
My GPP kids class summer session starts today and I can’t wait to hang out with a bunch of cool kids.
I did not sleep very well last night. My back has been quite the issue this pregnancy and laying down is the worst! I think I’ll see if I can get into my chiropractor today..
Bad sleep=early wake up call..
I got up and folded laundry and then whipped up a quick shake to get me going this morning!
Chocolate Flax Protein Shake
- 1 cup Silk Almond Milk- Unsweetened Vanilla
- 1 Scoop Plant Fusion Chocolate
- 1 Banana
- 2 Tbs. Flax Seed
- 1 Tbs. Almond Butter
- Handful of Spinach
- Ice + a bit of water.
I love my shakes to be THICK and CREAMY, so depending how you like yours play around with your ice.
Spinach + Chocolate makes your shake look super special.. wouldn’t you agree?
