I'm in park city, UT for a blogger retreat.
I am also blogging from my phone so I'll have to come back and add links but here's this..
This morning I got my workout done with a just a few of my blogger friends..
The workout was lead by Onnit and started with a quick yoga warm up then went straight into push ups, squats, lunges and of course burpees.
It was a great workout next to these crazy cats.
Breakfast was awesome thanks to quest nutrition.
We also got to go on a great hike, lead by Joel from organic valley! We rode the gondola up to the top, and hiked about 4 miles? Not sure, but it went by quick!
I hit 22 weeks today!! Yay! Overall, I'm still feeling great but do have a bit of back pain.
I love the mountains, does it get any better?
Oh, yea.. At the pool.
Now, it's time to get ready and head out for dinner!
