I haven’t done a pregnancy update in a while!
I am finally past half way. It is crazy to think how hard and long we tried for this baby and now we are just a few months away from meeting this little miracle.

What do you think?
Cravings: None really. I am loving avocado and egg sandwiches and chicken wraps.
Aversions: Broccoli.
Feeling Movement: I have an anterior placenta, so I didn’t really feel movement till this week. He/she moves mostly when I am laying down for awhile and my belly makes some crazy shapes.
Morning Sickness: I never threw up. But get more motion sickness then anything. I couldn’t ride in a car for longer then 10 minutes without getting sick.
Maternity Clothes: I recently snagged two dresses from target while we were in Disneyland. They are light and perfect for summer.

Other then that, I wear spandex all day long.. Lulu lingo coming atcha’-- so wunder unders and run for your life crops are my best friends. I have retired my inspires because they cut into me and uncomfortable. I still wear a Power Y almost everyday.
Other symptoms:
Back Pain: My tailbone and right in the center of my back has really been bothering me. I have a rib out of place that I have been to the chiropractor to help, but need to go again.. soon.
Sleep: My back pain makes it nearly impossible to sleep longer then 2 hours at a time. I toss and turn all the time, sleep at an incline, go to sleep on the couch, get up to go to the bathroom.
Frequent Urination: Yes! I haven’t been very good about my water intake lately, because one sip= 1 bathroom break.
Weight Gain: At my last Dr. appointment I had gained 6 pounds from when I first got pregnant. I did however gain about 18 pounds because of the months of clomid and provera I took to get pregnant..
Funny thing is…
Here am I 24 weeks pregnant with twins.
And… here I am 22 weeks with ONE.
Yep, just a tad bigger..
I heard you get bigger with each pregnancy.. rings true in my case. Even 2 -> 1 babe.
Prenatal Pills: I take Natelle. I took this with the twins too, it is the only prenatal that didn’t make me vomit with the twins so I just stuck with it.
Fatigue: I am sure I could nap for at least 2 hours a day.
Stretch marks: I don’t have any yet. I have been using Mothers Special Blend. I get it at whole foods and LOVE it!
Doctor appointments: I see my doctor monthly right now. My last appointment was the 20 week ultrasound so we got to see and go over all the important stuff, besides the gender part.. we looked away. Baby is healthy and happy. He/She is sitting really low and was folded in half at the appointment.

Workouts:
I still do GPP daily, with a few modifications.
I am also still teaching Body Pump, and Body Attack about once a month. I feel pretty good while teaching still, but need to have a gatorade or something sugary with me just in case I become light headed.
I love to go swim but just haven’t made the time to do so besides recreational swimming. It was my favorite when I was pregnant with twins. Honestly, I just really hate blow drying my hair.
Overall I’m feeling good and couldn’t be more grateful for a healthy pregnancy.
Running: I am still doing a little running. Each week I try to get at least 10 miles in total. Most of which are done through GPP and the treadmill. I’m not a huge fan of the Treadmill, but it is a whole lot closer to the bathroom.
What is your guess? Boy/Girl?
Any ideas for relief from this back pain?
