Weekend Recap & A 20 Minute Home Workout

Happy Monday!

This weekend we headed to Cabelas to do a little Christmas shopping. We had a few gift certificates but didn’t find what we were looking for, but at least we got to hang out in the rad aquarium.

Saturday was National Stroller running Day! I am still recovering from my c-section so I didn’t get much running, but enjoyed a good 2 mile walk with Roen to a park that is close to my house.

Saturday was a busy day with a birthday party for my nephew and a baby shower for my sister in law too. At the end of the night we spent hanging out at home watching a football game.

Sunday we did the whole church thing, got a few pictures taken and went for a little hike. The joy on this little boys face melts me. He loves being outside looking for a new adventure. 



I had another request for some at home workouts.

At GPP we have a few EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute) workouts. They are one of my favorites and my go to workouts when I can’t make it to the gym or on vacation. I mixed this one up and did a different variation.

Who loves burpees?


This will go by quick and leave you a sweaty mess!

Today, I have an appointment to get my hair done! I can’t wait, this momma could use a little refresher!
