The Best Thanksgiving Day Tips and Workout


Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope you all have a wonderful day filled with family, friends and of course food!

Here are a few tips I have to help you have a great day.


One of my tips was to workout before you eat. How about a 1000 rep workout to start off your turkey day!!? Sounds pretty good to me.

Thanksgiving is a great day to remember all the things that make our world go around so, as always I am thankful for my family, my friends, my job, and even my trials.  I am thankful for all of YOU and the joy and support you bring to me and this little blog.
