Bop It workout and a Curry Addict

Yesterday was the normal Monday whirlwind! Today was no different.

Here is the workout I gave to my boot camp class.

I had another Boot Camp class this morning, Baylees dance, so by the time we got home we were pretty hungry.

I made some chicken, brown rice and steamed some green beans for lunch. I have had a thing for Archer Farm’s curry powder on my chicken lately! It is SO good. I’m officially a curry addict.

Seriously can’t. get. enough. Tanner and Baylee love it just as much as I do too! I love that my kids like to eat what I’m eating. Even if they refer to green beans as “green fries.”

I knocked out a lot of laundry, Valentine craft making with the kids—> pics and tutorial to come!

I taught my pump class tonight as well and came home and whipped up a quick taco salad for dinner!

I browned Lean Turkey and Beef, because I just couldn’t decide between them. I used Wild Tree Fajita seasoning for the meat and topped a kale mix salad (from costco) with purple onion, tomatoes, olives, avocado and a sweet potato on the side.

So good!

Funny fashion fact: I left my gym shoes at home on accident and ended up doing 30 minutes on the arc trainer in my uggs… not recommended.
