Boston & “Hellth” Week

We had a whirlwind of a weekend!

But first I want to just say that the tragedy at the Boston Marathon today really hit home. I had several friends and family running and or spectating at the race. Luckily, they are all safe. Some even crossing the finish line minutes before one bomb went off! It breaks my heart. My prayers and thoughts go out to all that were involved.

It’s a crazy world we live in but we have to keep in mind that there IS good and the good will always prevail over the bad.

Check out this video. The explosion goes off, and you would think people would run away from the explosion, but notice how many people actually run TOWARD it. People fled to the explosion to help those in need. THAT is cool.

This was a horrible event and I’m saddend that a day like today that was meant for celebration, achievement, and fun was turned into such a tragedy. Again, my heart goes out to the families and individuals that were hurt or injured.

What was the most brutal workout you have ever done??

  1. Instead of bemoaning our unsuitability to modern life,
we can find recipes from all over the centuries,
but specifically in the paleo diet last 10, 000 years

I first discussed the idea of avoiding processed
foods. It's nowhere to be found.
