Week One with A Newborn

 

This past week has been a perfect blur. We are all smitten by Roen.

This week I have had a lot of help from friends and family. I couldn’t be more grateful for all the meals from neighbors and friends and my family members that have taken Tanner and Baylee out of the house to do fun stuff, take them to dance and gymnastics, preschool and everything in between while I am recovering.

I have made it out for a short walk almost every day, and the last two days we took the kids to the pumpkin patch and a short hike to collect leaves.

I’m still trying to adjust to the newborn life but I think we are doing pretty good. Roen is such a happy laid back babe and we are all in love with him.

I am working on Roens birth story and will share it next week.
