Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

 

Lets take a baby break for a minute and I’ll share something just as sweet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 C. Silk Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 C. Libby’s  Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 scoop Plant Fusion Vanilla Bean Protein Powder
  • 1Tbs. Agave Nectar
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
  • 2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
  • 5-7 Ice Cubes

Directions:

Combine and Blend together.

Enjoy!

This is a perfect mid day treat that even my kids want to have. 

This fall has been a little unusual for Utah. We have actually had warmer weather then normal. I’m not complaining one bit because it means I can still get outside in the afternoon with the kids. We all have a case of stir crazy on our hands so heading outside a few times a day helps.

Laying underneath a tree and just staring at the sky was one of my favorite moments today. I’ve never really been much into meditation or anything but this quiet moment brought a bit of peace into my mind today.

Everyone has so much to do, take some time, whip up a pumpkin spice shake and go stare at the sky. It definitely has some health benefits.
