Homemade Toaster Strudel


Toaster Strudels were on of my favorite snacks when I was in Jr. High! I would even use 2 of the icing packets for one strudel. My mom loved that…

I decided to make a healthier protein packed strudel!



  • 1 tortilla
  • small handful of raspberries
  • 2 Tbs. PB2
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder



Take one tortilla.


Mix the PB2 and protein powder with a small amount of water until desired consistency is achieved.

Place a few raspberries in the center.

Fold into a rectangle.

Grill on a George Forman or Panini grill for 2 minutes.

Let cool for a little bit then serve!
